Our Leaps, Trix & Turns Beginner & Intermediate class is for dancers enrolled in Ballet I-III or Jazz 1-3, or by instructor placement. This technique-only class emphasizes the same skills as the advanced class but at a beginner to intermediate level, helping dancers build a strong foundation in leaps, turns, extensions, and tilts. Conditioning exercises are incorporated to build stamina, increase flexibility, and minimize the chance of injuries.

Dancers will engage in conditioning exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and stamina, which are essential for executing these challenging movements with precision.
