Since opening under Pam’s leadership in 2018, Perrysburg Dance Academy has become a trusted hub for families seeking a safe, encouraging, and fun environment for their children to explore the art of dance. With over 30 years of community legacy, our mission is simple: to empower students of all ages to grow through dance. Whether it’s building confidence, mastering new techniques, or finding joy in creative expression, we guide each dancer through a journey that balances discipline and fun.
At Perrysburg Dance Academy, our students receive more than just technical training—they develop life skills that will serve them beyond the studio. From our youngest dancers in preschool classes to our advanced students, we create a space where everyone feels supported and celebrated. Our dance instruction focuses on technique and performance, but just as important is nurturing creativity, resilience, and teamwork.
Our Approach
We prioritize the well-being of each dancer. Safety is woven into everything we do—from our specialized sprung flooring that protects growing bodies to mindful choices in music, costuming, and choreography appropriate for each age group. We want every student to feel comfortable, healthy, and excited to dance.
Through multiple performance opportunities throughout the year, including our beloved Winter Showcase, The Nutcracker, and our end-of-year recital, dancers get the chance to share their progress and shine on stage. However, performance is only a small part of what we offer—our focus is on building skills and confidence that last a lifetime.
